The book describes a journey through “The Place of Rains”. The story can be read in two directions, creating two alternative ways of looking at the same rain-washed landscape. With a change in perspective comes a change of mood, according to the viewer. The journey may evoke the joy that comes out of sorrow, or the hope that comes out of sadness.
